I just finished reading "The Psychology of Human Misjudgement" by Charles T. Munger. A simple Google search will get you the whole text. There is a YouTube video on this article too.

I highly recommend you read/listen to it.

The article prescribes a latticework of theory to help you build mental models for decision making. I will write a separate blog post on mental models proposed in the article.
